When you call Zoo Mommy, we arrange for a
FREE visit to your home to
- meet you and your pets
- receive detailed information about
caring for your pets and your home
- obtain a veterinary release signature
- pick up a door key
- complete a service agreement and review access
to our online reservation system where you can update your profile
including information about your pets. You will then be aable to
make or adjust your reservations online.
During this visit, you decide how often you
want
your sitter to visit each day and what services you want performed.
Each visit to your home includes:
Pet Care:
- LOTS OF TENDER LOVING CARE
- fresh food and water
- brushing, combing, exercising and play
time
- administering medications, vitamins, or
other special care
- arranging for medical treatment in case
of illness
- meticulous litter box maintenance
- indoor & outdoor clean up of pet
messes
- detailed pet sitter notes for each visit
Home Care:
- daily mail and newspaper collection
- alternating blinds or drapes and
lighting
- watering your indoor / outdoor plants
- simple pool care such as adding chlorine
- bring trash to curb on trash day
- clean any pet messes
- check messages
- exterior home security check

NOTE:
Although we do our utmost to arrive at your home at the agreed upon
specified time, all times are approximate.
Dogs:
- AM visits will be some time between 7AM
and 9 AM.
- Mid Day visits will be some time between 11
AM and 3 PM
- Night visits will be some time between 4
PM and 9 PM.
NOTE:
Dog visits will never be more than 12 hours apart. Special arrangements
for specific visit schedules can be made.
Cats:
- Cats will be visited at approximately the
same time each day usually between 10AM and 4PM.
To Arrange for Service:
Please contact us as far in advance as possible. We understand this is
not always possible and are happy to have a local team of qualified pet
sitters allowing us to typically accommodate last minute requests for
service. You should note however that we book up fast during busy
times.

CONFIRMATION:
Zoo Mommy will
email a confirmation to you with your total due priori to your service
start date. Contact Zoo Mommy immediately if you don't receive a
confirmation email.
KEY PICK UP OR DROP OFF:
$10.00 for key pick up and drop-off (no charge if given at free
consultation and retained by Zoo Mommy)
RETURNED CHECK FEE:
$25.00 for each check
HOLIDAY
FEES: If your service request falls on one of the following
holidays, the
deposit is to include payment in full and there is an extra $5.00
charge per visit on these days.

Please Note: Due to the popularity of
our services, we are unable to issue refunds on deposits paid. However,
we are happy to apply your payment to future services.
PAYMENTS:
We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. All payments must be
paid in full at commencement of services unless prior arrangements have
been made. Credit card payments are accepted with an additional 3% fee
added to your total.
