The Zoo Mommy Foundation

The Zoo Mommy Foundation was created with the well-being of all animals as our main focus. We strive to aid animals who need homes, food, care, medical treatments, medications, surgery, special diets and more.

The foundation's board of officials is comprised of veterinary professionals, prominent area business persons, pet sitters, humane societies and shelters.

Our mission is to help as many animals as possible in every way we can utilizing the gifts and contributions of our volunteers and donors.

If you are a pet related non-profit organization who would like to benefit from the Zoo Mommy Foundation, please fill out the following application and submit it along with a cover letter on letterhead describing how you would like us to help to: foundation@zoomommy.com or you may fax it to: 865-381-0670.

We always welcome and appreciate donations from our generous contributors. Please contact us for more information: foundation@zoomommy.com.
